Study skills class
ESEPSY 1259 is a 3 credit-hour elective course open to all Ohio State students. The course teaches strategies for eliminating procrastination, improving note-taking, preparing tests and more.

Group workshop to learn more about a specific motivation or learning topic related to academic success.
Several residence halls offer peer tutoring services for introductory courses in math, physics and chemistry. Tutors are upper-class students who have demonstrated ability and success in math and science. Tutoring may be available in other subjects. Email tutoring@osu.edu for subject availability.
Students living off-campus or commuting have access to services service to assist them while on campus including commuter lounge, lockers, microwave and refrigerator, and study space. The Off-Campus and Commuter Student Engagement website lists resources available for this population.
The Sigma Phi Epsilon Commuter Lounge is located on the third floor of the Ohio Union.

Disability Services does not provide students with advantages, but rather with accommodations that allow students to achieve an equal opportunity for success in the classroom.
Accommodations offered depend on the nature of the student’s disability, and include transportation, alternative media, interpreting, assistive technology, counseling, captioning, disability parking, exam accommodations and note-taking assistance.
Before accessing these accommodations, students must register with SLDS. We recommend that all eligible students register even if accommodations are not needed for every class or for every semester.
The Office of Military and Veteran Services is a one-stop shop for administrative, academic and personal needs of military and former military students. The services offered by the MVS office include access to a full-time academic advisor.
The Collegiate Recovery Community at Ohio State supports students in or seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. The CRC serves as the main touchpoint for students in recovery who are either attending or plan on attending Ohio State by connecting them to resources on and off-campus and providing students with an authentic college experience while maintaining their recovery.
