Out of time

When you are heading into your "zero" semester in Exploration, you will not be able to schedule for the subsequent term unless you take one of the following actions:

  1. Move into a new unit by declaring a premajor or major for which you are eligible. See Declaring a major or premajor for details on criteria and declaring.

  2. Request an extension to the EXP timeline using an extension request form.
    1. Note: in an EXP timeline extension you'll be asked to share your plan A major and a plan B major. Your extension will be denied if you are not on track to meet the major or premajor entry requirements for your plan A major.
