Combined Bachelor's + Master's programs

Some of Ohio State's undergraduate majors can be part of a combined Bachelor's + Master's program at Ohio State.

Interested students in select majors can apply to the associated Master’s program once they have 90 credit hours earned and need to have at least a 3.5 GPA. Students would typically apply early on in their junior year. When applying to the Master’s program, there is an option to select “Joint/Combined program.”

If accepted, a student can then complete a year of the associated Master’s program as an undergraduate student paying undergraduate tuition. The result is reducing what is typically a 6-year path to a Master’s degree and completing it in 5 years.
